The patent attorney as representative of their client’s interests
The primary duty of a patent attorney is to represent their client’s interests as effectively as possible and thus to make a contribution to the economic success of the subject of the application. In my opinion, the following qualities are required of a patent attorney to ensure that the client’s interests are optimally represented:
a relationship of trust with the client
Therefore, the principle of my philosophy is that I represent the interests of my clients using my expertise and on the basis of relationships of trust with clients.
