I pay attention to the most minor of details in order to protect them for you.
I have been a patent attorney for 25 years. In this time I have drafted, filed and overseen up until grant a very large number of property-right applications. In addition, I have been involved in a large number of property-right infringement cases before the courts.
In combination with my many years of professional experience as a patent attorney and physics graduate, I have particular expertise in the following technical areas:
- Mechanics, in particular automotive and mechanical engineering

- Electrical and electronic circuitry
- Software-related inventions
A further focus of my work, alongside looking after technical inventions, lies in trademark law. This forms part of the training to qualify as a patent attorney at the German Patent and Trademark Office and at the German Federal Patent Court. I have advised and represented numerous small and medium-sized enterprises in relation to the acquisition and defence of their trademarks.
The filing of applications for designs at national, European and international level is another of my principal tasks as a patent attorney.
